| UK Shipping through Interlink
We utilise a flat rate shipping system upto 25Kg. This rate is currently £7.00 + vat to Mainland U.K. (except Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Northern Scotland) and will apply to all orders to all orders.
VAT
Unlike other security sites our prices do include VAT (Value Added Tax) this is also calculated at the new 15% during the checkout process and a VAT invoice is produced after checkout.
Warranty
All new products are covered by the manufacturers 12 month Guarantee (unless stated) from the date of delivery. Some products have extended guarantees. Any damage or fault caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse are not covered by our guarantee. Certain other items such as tapes and other perishable items are excluded.
Products
Where possible all products and descriptions are accurate. All care is taken to ensure this, when mistakes are found they will be corrected. We endeavour to keep product descriptions and part codes accurate to the manfucaturer supplied details. Stock counts show current stock counts that are updated at the beginning of each week based on current stock counts and back order levels with our manufacturers.
Pricing
Unfortunately pricing errors are possible. In the event a pricing error has occured we will contact you before shipping you order to explain and correct the price. You will then have the option to continue with the order and pay the difference or cancel without charge being made.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, then please report it to us immediately using the contact us page, stating your order reference. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. We will then arrange for collection of the damaged item.
Faulty Goods
If you discover a fault with any of our products please contact our tech support team using the contact us page. Most faults are quickly resolved via email. Where a more complicated fault exists one of our tech team will call you back to further diagnose the fault. We do this to try and prevent items being shipped back to us, and when diagnosed found to be fully working. We reserve the right to charge a test fee and shipping on any returned item when tested, found not to be faulty. For obvious defects and/or manufacturers recommendation please notify us and return the items within 28 days of delivery.
Within 28 days of purchase, if your goods are faulty we will offer a prompt replacement of the relevant components. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. A replacement will only be issued when the faulty item provided is in "as new" condition and undergone an initial technical examination. We must be notified of the fault within 28 days of purchase and proof of purchase MUST be provided. If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12 month guarantee we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge. After 28 days you can also return your faulty goods directly to the manufacturer for repair providing them with proof of purchase. Failure to do so renders the 12 month guarantee invalid and no repair will be made.
Low Price Security Ltd cannot be held responsible or compensate for items damaged in transit.
Unwanted Items
You may return unwanted items to us. Any unwanted items must be unopened, unused and undamaged. We require you ship the items back to us (at your cost), once recieved and the contents checked a full refund will be given, less shipping costs, if the items were ordered within the last 10 days. If over 10 days we will apply a 20% handling charge
Payments
We accept Credit and Debit card using Protx and Streamline. Credit Card Payments will only be accepted for UK based cards unless we agree otherwise. For security reasons we can only ship to the billing address/confirmed address for the first few orders.
